October 2002 Korea - International Choir Olympics Festival - International premiere of "Sanctus Sestina" for Chamber Choir and Woodwind Quintet by the Choir of the National Arts Center of Mexico City. April 2003 Conroe, Texas - Premiere of "A Town in America" for Soprano and Orchestra by the Conroe Symphony Orchestra under Dr. Robert Zwick with soprano Leigh Shipman September 2003 Symphonic poem "Chisos Epiphany" recorded and released on CD by the Carlos Chávez Symphony Orchestra of Mexico City directed by Juan Carlos Lomónaco. October 2003 Reno, Nevada - Premiere of symphonic poem "Cobá" by the Foundation Orchestra directed by Gary Robert Buchanan. Composer awarded first prize in the Foundation Orchestra's 2003 international composition competition for significant works having a multicultural theme. 2004-05 Concert Season Stratford-upon-Avon, U.K. - Premiere of "Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra" by the Orchestra of the Swan and soloist David Campbell, commissioned by David Curtis, Artistic Director.
